Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Four Seasons Electronics account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request account and data deletion

  1. Open the Four Seasons Electronics app or website and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Account/Profile settings and choose Delete my account where available.
  3. Alternatively, email us from your registered email address at admin@thefourseasons.cafemottojino.shop with the subject line "Delete my account".

What data is deleted

We delete personal profile information such as your name, email address, phone number, saved delivery addresses, wishlist and cart data after verification.

What may be retained

For legal, tax and accounting reasons, completed order and invoice records may be retained for the period required by applicable law. Retained data is kept secure and is not used for marketing.

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days after verification.
