This policy explains how you can cancel an order with Four Seasons Electronics.
Before dispatch
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. To cancel, contact us at admin@thefourseasons.cafemottojino.shop with your order number as early as possible.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be able to return eligible items under our Return Policy.
Refund of cancelled orders
Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to reflect.
